In light of strengthening its commitment to the #JomaTrailTeam, Joma has announced the signings that will now be part of the team of athletes in the world of trail running. The addition of young and old promises represents a strong entry into this sport for the brand. In total, more than 10 professional athletes will represent Joma on the national and world circuit this year, including legends like Miguel Heras, one of the best runners in the world currently, winner of races like Transgrancanaria, Transvulcania, Templiers and the legendary Ultrapirineu, with 4 victories. There is also the veteran Gemma Arenas. In her track record, she has accumulated international titles with the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation and the Spanish Mountain Sports Federation, as well as having been a multiple world medalist.
Completing the roster of athletes for the #JomaTrailTeam are names like Inés Astrain, second in the 2023 Ultra Pirineu Marathon and one of the Spaniards present at the Golden Trail Finals; Spanish internationals, such as Natalia González or María Ordoñez; and other athletes who, despite their young age, already have great results in the world of mountain running, like Andrés Jiménez, Mónica Vega, Vanessa Romero, Toni Baños, Víctor del Águila, Guillermo Acosta and Álvaro García.
Furthermore, the athletes will collaborate with the brand by testing the trail product and taking it to the most extreme conditions in terms of performance. Debut of the #JomaTrailTeam at Transgrancanaria
For the first time, one of the most relevant races in the world will have a wide representation of Joma: Transgrancanaria.
