To progress and become a leading brand in sports equipment worldwide in a global environment as changing and competitive as the current JOMA SPORT SA establishes as the cornerstone of its strategy, meet the expectations and needs of its customers either potential or actual, not only current but also future, because they are the ones that make Joma Sport is in the place it occupies. JOMA SPORT SA is committed to meeting all applicable requirements.
This policy will be assumed by the entire organization through compliance with the following principles:

To achieve the satisfaction of all our customers, both those who are and those who can be, our permanent attitude leads us to know their expectations and needs to offer products and services that give us their trust.

Achieving improvement is a joint work of the whole JOMA SPORT team. Our daily work consists of knowing our customers, and also the market, the norms and laws that apply to the products, the state of the art and innovations of our products, as well as the offer of the competition. In addition, if we make mistakes, we will do our best to avoid repeating them.

The challenge set out here will be structured in JOMA SPORT through the implementation of a quality and environmental management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. JOMA SPORT is committed to the continuous improvement of this management system. It is the job of the management to implement and promote the system, but it is necessary the effort of the JOMA SPORT team to carry it out.
5 .- Commitment to sustainability and the environment
JOMA SPORT is committed to comply with environmental legislation, other applicable environmental commitments and to prevent pollution. We seek to reduce our environmental impacts, promote sustainability and responsibly manage natural resources.
Management is committed to disclose, make understand and apply our policy to all levels of the organization, suppliers and third parties that have a relationship with JOMA Sport (relevant stakeholders), with the commitment to comply with the established lines, being available to anyone who wishes to consult it.
