The official R.2000 Acea Run Rome The Marathon sneakers return for their XXIX edition with a fresh look, maintaining the essence of the city and reflecting it in a super elegant design. In addition, continuing on with the evolution to the R.2000 model that Joma has carried out in the recent marathons, with the idea of reaching all types of runners.
Runners will “take off in Rome” with them, starting at the Colosseum and culminating in the 42.195 km route. On March 17, 2024, the streets of Rome will envelop them in a unique experience, of which Joma is once again a part as the official technical sponsor.

The design of the R.2000 Acea Run Rome The Marathon, incorporates a revamped white upper. This color, so common in casual fashion, brings an elegant and sophisticated touch to the shoes. Customized designs were added to the mesh, such as the race logo along with an image dedicated to the laurel wreath of Roman emperors, a symbol of victory and honor.
The rest of the sneakers are bathed in the colors of the flag of Rome: Pompeian red and gold yellow in homage to the Italian capital.

The upper is made of breathable and lightweight mesh, with VTS perforations improving sweat ventilation. The JOMA SPORTECH thermosealed adjustment system ensures foot support.
On the other hand, the reactive midsole with a 10 mm drop is made with FULL DUAL PULSOR technology. Featuring FLY REACTIVE in the rear part, a lightweight and flexible material that offers excellent propulsion. Features density phylon in the front part to absorb impacts.
Finally, the sole is made of DURABILITY rubber with top resistance to abrasion on asphalt, extending its durability.
