Joma tennis player Kateřina Siniaková has made history at the 2026 US Open by claiming the doubles title and completing her second Career Grand Slam.
Kateřina Siniaková has once again shown why she is the world No. 1 in doubles. The Joma tennis player was crowned champion in this category at the 2026 US Open alongside her partner Taylor Townsend. The pair defeated Ashlyn Krueger and Robin Montgomery in the final by 5-7, 6-0, 6-2. This is Siniaková’s 12th women’s doubles Grand Slam title and her fourth alongside Taylor Townsend since they began competing together.
The victory has historic significance. For Siniaková, it also marks her second Career Grand Slam, making her the first player to complete the achievement in doubles with two different partners.
The New York title is also the 12th women’s doubles Grand Slam title for the Joma player and her second US Open crown, following her victory in 2022. Added to this is the Wimbledon 2025 mixed doubles title, meaning the Czech player now has 13 Grand Slam titles when both categories are taken into account.

Her titles are accompanied by another milestone that highlights the scale of Siniaková’s career. The Czech player remains world No. 1 in doubles. In the week of 7 September, she reached 199 weeks at the top of the WTA rankings.
Her consistency throughout the season has also secured her qualification for the 2026 WTA Finals, which will take place in Indian Wells.
