Joma, as the reference sports brand in football and technical sponsor of the Getafe FC, presents the official jerseys with which the players will be wearing for the upcoming season.
The first jersey for the 2022/2023 season features deep blue as the main colour, a colour which maintains the club’s identity. It is accompanied by linear details in fluorescent green on the collar and sleeves. For the second kit, the traditional red has been maintained with the same deep blue details. For the third kit, they have opted for green this time, a colour which Getafe FC have worn before, but which differs from the last season’s third shirt. The details are deep blue.
In all three, Joma has wanted to renew the design and has added an embossed technique with silhouettes of planes, a symbol of the centenary of the construction of the first gyroplane by Juan de la Cierva. The final construction was approved in 1923 at the Getafe aerodrome. Therefore, the elastics are intended as a tribute to this historical and representative fact of the city. As usual, they include the club badge in heat-sealed rubber to provide comfort for the players. For this, Joma Sportech technology has been used, a technique which is already applied in footwear. Joma is using it in textile. They also incorporate an embroidered Spanish flag’s label on the upper part of the back.
This is a classic style jersey collection with a V-neck collar, regular pattern and mesh inserts in the underarms and in both sites, the areas that require more breathability and perspiration. They include rib on the collar and sleeves for a better fit. All are made from 100% recycled polyester, a smooth fabric which is characterized by its elasticity, lightness and resistance.
