The sponsorship of the Spanish Olympic Committee is one of the biggest challenges facing the Spanish company in the sponsorship area. The list of operations, from the beginning of the design to the inverse logistics, involves a large investment in all available resources. The goal is to successfully complete a four-year project that is going through its most frenetic stage during these weeks.

– Design: More than 30 different designs.

– Differentiated patterns and an unusually large range of sizes: Footwear from size 36 to 52 and clothing from S to 5XL.

– Logistics: More than 700 people have received a package of personalized material with exclusive packaging.

– Joma has developed an exclusive computer platform where each of these 700 people have informed us of their sizes and all their personal information for shipping.

– Joma has sent a personal care bag with accessories such as sunglasses, sunscreen, hydro-alcoholic gel and face masks.

 – Personalized treatment: Joma provides size changes through inverse logistics and a personalized service that will be given at the hotel before the main expeditions to Tokyo.

 

The success of this project is possible thanks to the investment that the company has made in recent years in its logistics center in Portillo de Toledo. The 70,000 square meter warehouse facility houses a modern, intelligent warehouse with state-of-the-art logistics technology. The life flow of each product in the warehouse passes through different robots for the location of goods, order management and dispatch, intercommunicated by overhead conveyor belts. In short, logistics efficiency that is typical of large companies.
