The renewal of the RSC Anderlecht first kit 2023/2024

Joma and RSC Anderlecht launch the new first uniform for the 2023/2024 season.

As it has been the tradition at RSC Anderlecht, the first uniform will continue on with the legacy of purple as its symbol of identity, but with a completely remodeled design. The development is the result of a strong collaboration process between the brand and the club. As a result, the uniforms have retained their essence, combining them with renewed aspects and an elegant style in recycled fabrics. The major new feature for the 2023/2024 season is the color design: for this occasion, purple appears on one half of the jersey and on most of the back, while white has been added on the other half. This is a rearrangement that has never before been seen on the Belgian club’s home uniform. The colors of Robbie, Pol. Mulder, Grün or Për. Of domestic trophies and European heydays infused with mystique and prestige. Synonymous with elegance on and off and the pitch.

As usual, the jersey includes the club’s emblem on the chest, as well as a small Belgian flag inserted with an elegant embroidery on the back.

The design features a regular pattern with a ribbed half-neck and ribbing on the side of the hem for a comfortable fit and total freedom of movement.

A green jersey for a sustainable planet

For the new uniforms, Joma has reaffirmed its commitment to caring for the environment by manufacturing the jerseys from 100% recycled polyester. Most of the uniforms fitted by the brand already incorporate this fabric. It is made from recycled sources, especially PET bottles, which are converted into raw material. Therefore, 75% of CO2 emissions are reduced and the use of petroleum is prevented.

In terms of benefits when exercising, recycled polyester provides elasticity, strength, and good breathability.

The best technologies in the market

Firstly, MICRO-MESH SYSTEM technology is located in areas of greatest perspiration (underarms and sides) helping moisture evaporate quickly. Therefore, the player’s body will remain dry, comfortable, and post-exercise cooling will be prevented. Also, VTS technology runs throughout the rest of the garment. It consists of small perforations that regulate sweat accumulation.

On the other hand, each piece of fabric has been joined using the FLATLOCK stitching system, which prevents the appearance of possible rubbing on the skin and enhancing comfort in the game.

Not to be forgotten is the RSC Anderlecht shield, which appears on the front thanks to JOMA SPORTECH technology. This technique inherited from footwear consists of heat-sealing rubber parts. This flexible and resistant material does not add weight and does not cause any discomfort.
