Imoco Volley has added another milestone to its list of achievements, the CEV Champions League, after winning the Italian Cup and the Italian Super Cup.
The Imoco Panthers also win the most prestigious European trophy, completing a dream “Grand Slam” with the conquest in the recently finished season of the Serie A, the Italian Cup, the Italian Super Cup, and the Champions League.
The Panthers win again in the third final of the season against Milan, achieving a dream “quadruple” in front of more than 9,000 spectators at the Palazzetto dello Sport in Antalya, Turkey.
A contested match, but closed with character by the Conegliano team in the tie break, with Haak named MVP of a magical night, allowing Imoco to add the second Champions League title in its history to its trophy cabinet.
