Christmas, that time of year when everything is full. Full to the brim, Cheeks full, tables full, shops full, restaurants full, and of course, pies and turkeys stuffed full as well.
But this doesn’t mean everything is so joyful. So many places full of people, mean others are empty. Tracks, paths, gyms, fields… They also need a but of holiday warmth. These days more than ever, don’t put away your sneakers. Take some time out, train.
