Joma and Torino FC are launching the second kit for the 2023/2024 season.
As has been a tradition in Torino FC’s culture, the second kit will continue with the light colour as its hallmark. This time, it has evolved to an elegant ecru tone with a print in honour of Turin Joma has supported the team for years as its technical sponsor, providing the best material for all of its competitions and helping to improve the players’ performance.
Away kit
The shirt from the away kit swaps the white for an ecru colour with a sublimation print which pays tribute to the city of Turin. The bird’s eye view map of the city appears in an ombre effect on the bottom of the front under the caption “OUR CITY. TOGETHER”. It is accompanied by details in the legendary maroon colour and a ribbed finish on the neck, mid-sleeve and middle of the hem.
An eco-friendly t-shirt for a sustainable planet
For the new kit, Joma has reaffirmed its commitment to caring for the environment by using 100% recycled polyester elastics. Most Joma kits already use this fabric. It is made from recycled sources, especially PET bottles, which become the raw material. This reduces CO2 emissions by 75% of CO2 and avoids the use of oil.
As for the benefits when exercising, recycled polyester provides elasticity, resistance and good breathability.
The best technologies on the market
First of all, MICRO-MESH SYSTEM technology is located in the areas most prone to sweating (the armpits) to help moisture evaporate quickly. In this way the player’s body will remain dry and comfortable, preventing post-exercise cooling.
Furthermore, each piece of fabric has been joined using the FLATLOCK seam system, which prevents chafing on the skin and enhances comfort during play.
