RSC Anderlecht kit preview 2023/2024: 2nd and 3rd kits

Joma and RSC Anderlecht offer a preview of their second and third jersey new uniforms.

As tradition has been with the RSC Anderlecht’s uniforms, the club will continue on with the legacy of white as its hallmark for the away uniform. Joma has been supporting RSC Anderlecht since 2019 as their technical sponsor, providing them with the best material for all their competitions and helping improve the performance of their players. In fact, just a few weeks ago they announced the extension of their collaboration.

The development is the result of a great process of collaboration between the brand and the club. As a result, the uniforms have been designed with a renewed look and an elegant style using recycled fabrics. For the third one, black has been chosen as the main color. Both garments incorporate the characteristic purple of RSC Anderlecht in various patterns, such as the front print. They also feature a small Belgian flag embroidered on the upper back.

On the other hand, the design features a regular pattern with a half collar and ribbing on the sides of the hem. All this contributes to the freedom of movement and comfort of the athletes of RSC Anderlecht.

An eco-friendly t-shirt for a sustainable planet

For the new kit, Joma has reaffirmed its commitment to caring for the environment by using 100% recycled polyester elastics. Most Joma kits already use this fabric. It is made from recycled sources, especially PET bottles, which become the raw material. This reduces CO2 emissions by 75% of CO2 and avoids the use of oil.

As for the benefits when exercising, recycled polyester provides elasticity, resistance and good breathability.

The best technologies on the market

Sports expert Joma has incorporated the most cutting-edge technologies into the RSC Anderlecht kit. This is the result of significant investment in R+D+i over recent years. The products that will be sold to the general public also adhere to these quality standards.

First of all, MICRO-MESH SYSTEM technology is located in the areas most prone to sweating (the armpits) to help moisture evaporate quickly. Besides, VTS technology is used throughout the whole garment. This consists of tiny perforations that help to regulate the accumulation of moisture. Furthermore, each piece of fabric has been joined using the FLATLOCK seam system, which prevents chafing on the skin. Not to be forgotten is the thermo-sealed RSC Anderlecht crest, which appears on the front thanks to JOMA SPORTECH technology.
