Pablo Carreño wins second ATP World Tour title of the season

Spanish tennis player, Pablo Carreño, sponsored by Joma, overcame injury to beat Italian Fabio Fognini in the final of the VTB Kremlin Cup in Moscow. A set down, Carreño went on to win 70% of his first-serve points and benefit from six Fognini double faults to win 4-6, 6-3, 6-2 at the end of the one hour 56 minutes final.

The 25 year old has now landed two ATP World Tour titles this season, having won the Winston-Salem title in the United States in August. Carreño also finished runner-up on clay in Estoril and Sao Paulo and is currently 32 on the ATP World Tour rankings, playing the best tennis of his career and contributing to the total of 10 titles this season won by Spanish players, the most of any nation.
