The weekend saw a team of star players from the Russian basketball league (VTB United League) overcome a team of players from the rest of the world by 131-121. The match took place in the Olympic Pavilion in Sochi in front of 10,000 spectators.
Joma was chosen to supply teamwear to participants and players from both teams, referees and volunteers and received tremendous coverage after the game was televised in Russia during prime-time viewing as well as 15 other Russian speaking countries.
