Nominees for the 16th annual Futsalplanet Awards 2015, were announced this week. The list included five JOMA Futsal players who are in with a chance of winning the coveted Worlds Best Futsal Player award: Iranian player Ali Asghar, Spanish Miguel Sayago, known as Miguelín, and Alex Rodrigo da Silva Merlin from Italy, Fabricio Bastezini “Gadeia” from Brazil and Maximiliano Rescia from Argentina.
Brazilian futsal club, Carlos Barbosa, sponsored by JOMA, is among ten clubs nominated to win the Best Club of the World award. And Spanish coaches, Jesús Velasco and Tomas “Sito” Rivera also sponsored by the Futsal specialist sports brand, are nominated for the Best Club Coach of the World.
JOMA continues to prove itself as one of the strongest brands in the world game.
