Joma continues its European expansion through national football teams. To the incorporation of Bulgaria in 2014, Rumania Football Federation is added which has agreed wearing the Spanish brand until 2018. What includes Euro Cup 2016 that will take place in France and the World Cup in Russia in 2018.
The first occasion that the Rumanian players will wear Joma will be on 13th June for the classified match for the Euro Cup versus North Ireland. The exclusive official shirt will be saled in September.
Joma has a long career at Rumanian market. The brand has been present in the country since 1998. Nowadays, Joma wears various teams of Premier League such as CFR 1097 Cluj, Universitatea Craiova, Asa Tirgu-Mures y Gaz Metan Medias, but during this period Joma has been the sponsor of others such as Unirea Urziceni y Dinamo of Bucarest.
