José María Pazos Méndez, also known as Pulpis is a National Indoor Soccer Trainer. He has trained teams such as Vijusa Valencia, Autos Lobelle of Santiago, Azkar Lugo, Barcel euro Puebla, Mnk Orkan Zagreb and the Thailand National Team, having won, amongst others Indoor Soccer European Cup`, a Sub-championship in the Asian Cup, a Croatia Cup and an ascension to Honors Division. He is well-known for his Indoor Soccer Clínics and for being a trainer who supports youth, and for the results he obtains with the teams he trains. He has worked with psychologists with some of his teams and he usually applies psychology methods in his training sessions. After having guided the Thailand National Team, this Indoor Soccer nomad, is now in Uzbetistan to bring them up to important levels in the world panorama.
