Ali Asghar Hassanzadeh is an Iranian futsal player and currently a member of Tasisat Daryaei team, with whom he has played for one year. He also plays with the Iran national futsal team.

Hassanzadeh started out playing for his local club Eram Kish Qom and signed his first professional contract with the club in 2004. In his first season with the club, Eram finished runners–up in the league. In 2009 Hassanzadeh left Eram and signed with champions Foolad Mahan and keeps on achieving victories. After years as a professional playing in different national and international teams, Ali Asghar has won several honours, such as the WAFF futsal championship and the Iranian Futsal Super League, among others. He has been the greatest scorer of the Super League twice and was named AFC Futsal Player of the Year in 2014.
