The agreement will provide Joma with the new opportunities on the Polish sport market and world of handball.

In January 2021 Men’s Polish national team will play in Joma outfits against Turkey in the EHF EURO 2022 Qualifiers, then in the 27th IHF World Championship in Egypt. Women’s Polish national team will compete in April 2021 in Play off for the right to participate in the 26th IHF World Championships in Spain.

The shirts are manufactured using polyester, characterised by its quality and elasticity, in addition to being highly resistant and easy care. This fabric has excellent breathability, due to the application of a next-gen finish, giving the garment’s outer layer enhanced perspiration wicking capacity for speedy evaporation, thus keeping the body dry.
In those areas where the player requires greater perspiration support, polyester is replaced by a MESH fabric,
a mesh section allowing air to enter the garment and come into contact with the skin, drying it and retaining
a constant body temperature. Antibacterial treatment has also been included.
About the Polish Handball Federation
Polish Handball Federation is a nationwide sports association operating in the territory of the Republic of Poland, having legal personality, being the only legal representative of Polish handball (7-person, beach handball, both men and women in all age categories) in the country and abroad. From July 11, 1946 a member of the IHF (one of the founders), and from November 17, 1991 a member of the EHF (one of the founders).
The greatest successes of this discipline in Poland include the bronze Olympic medal won in Montreal in 1976, as well as four medals of the World Championships in 2007 (silver) and 1982, 2009,2015 (bronze in each case). All the above-mentioned places on the podium were attended by the Men’s national team. The only Women’s national team medal (silver) in the senior category is due to the national beach handball team won in 2017. Beach handball has a good chance of becoming an Olympic discipline.
