REAL SOCIEDAD (1909)
LALIGA EA SPORTS (SPAIN)
Real Sociedad is one of the clubs with the most clearly defined identity in Spanish football, deeply rooted in Donostia-San Sebastián and in the social and cultural fabric of the Basque Country. Known as “La Real” and represented by the txuri-urdin colours —the white and blue that have defined the club since its early years—, it combines a benchmark youth academy, a technical and associative style of play, and a bond with its supporters that does not depend on results. Its model is built on coherence: developing homegrown players, building the project from within, and competing with personality against clubs with larger budgets. The highest point in its history came with its back-to-back league titles in 1981 and 1982, an achievement that placed the club among the greats of Spanish football. Winning the 2025-26 Copa del Rey represents the most recent milestone for a club that continues to compete on the most demanding stages of national football. From next season, Real Sociedad will wear its txuri-urdin colours with Joma kit, adding to its sporting project a Spanish brand that shares its commitment to talent and to a demanding style of play. At home, the club plays at Anoeta Stadium (Reale Arena), a modern stadium in the heart of Donostia that embodies the character and loyalty of one of the most consistent fan bases in Spanish football.
