The Kazakhstan National Olympic Committee (NOC) is the organisation responsible for representing Kazakhstan at the Olympic Games and other international sporting events. It coordinates the preparation and participation of Kazakh athletes in international competitions. The Kazakhstan Olympic Committee was founded in 1990 and recognised by the International Olympic Committee in 1993. Kazakhstan made its debut as an independent country at the 1994 Winter Olympic Games in Lillehammer and at the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta.

Joma is the official sponsor and supplier of sportswear for the athletes of the Kazakhstan Olympic Committee. This partnership involves Kazakh athletes wearing Joma clothing and footwear during the Olympic Games or other international sporting events.
