Spain seals a historic victory at the European Cross Country Championships with Joma

The performance across all categories contributed to Joma’s best overall result, highlighted by Spain’s historic European triumph.

The Portuguese circuit of Lagoa hosted the 31st edition of the 2025 European Cross Country Championships, where—despite favourable weather—the high level of difficulty defined the day. Joma was present through its athletes and federations, supporting them in every podium achieved. In total, 5 Joma athletes finished among the top 25 in their category, and 4 earned team medals, with Ireland’s Callum Morgan standing out.

Among all performances, RFEA shone brightest. The national team delivered the best European Cross Country Championship in its history, leading the medal table with unquestionable authority: 3 golds, 2 silvers and 3 bronzes sealed a memorable edition. A total of 8 medals that crowned them European champions.
