Promising young Brazilian tennis player climbs 381 places in ATP Tour ranking

Exciting young Brazilian tennis player, Thiago Monteiro has joined the Joma tennis player portfolio after surging an impressive 381 places up the ATP Tour ranking with some eye-catching performances in 2016.

At the age of 22, Monteiro, who was born in Fortaleza, has become one of Brazilian tennis’s future stars, ranked at No82 in the world. He joins other Joma players, Alexander Dolgopolov, Pablo Carreño, Nicolás Almagro, Marcel Granollers, Ivan Dodig and Iñigo Cervantes; increasing Joma’s reputation on the world tennis circuit with seven of the top 100 professional players wearing the Spanish brand.

Monteiro made his Joma debut at the ATP tournament in Chennai, India with his first matches of the new season.
