#JomaTeam Norwich City FC has created an emotional spot for World Mental Health Day, in which it sends a message about the importance of detecting any signs related to this type of illness. In the video, Norwich City tries to show how difficult it can be to help a person who, seemingly, is fine but is actually suffering from some kind of mental distress. Two ways of expressing it are portrayed by the two fictional fans that the club has chosen as the protagonists of their video.
The spot, titled “Check in on those around you” is published under the hashtag #YouAreNotAlone with the aim of encouraging people to seek help on this World Mental Health Day. It has already reached 53 million people and shared over 150,000 times on Twitter.
