In this prestigious competition, Miguel Ángel López etched his name into the record books once more, setting a new Spanish record in the 35 km race walk during the 2025 European Race Walking Team Championships. The athlete from Murcia crossed the finish line in 2:23:48, surpassing the previous national record of 2:24:30 held by the reigning world champion.
