A shirt with history, technology, and social commitment alongside Fundación Manantial
The third kit of CD Leganés for the 2025/26 season, designed by Joma, is much more than a sports garment: it is a statement of principles. Inspired by the need to raise awareness about mental health, this shirt was born from the collaboration with Fundación Manantial, a leading organization supporting people with mental disorders.
The design incorporates a historic symbol of the city, the gate of the former José Germain psychiatric hospital, and the slogan “FOR MENTAL HEALTH” on the inside of the collar, reinforcing a message of inclusion, respect, and social awareness.
An eco-friendly shirt for a sustainable planet
For the new third kit, Joma reaffirms its commitment to environmental care. For this reason, the shirt has been made with 100% recycled polyester with a jacquard finish.
The jacquard fabric used comes from recycled sources, specifically PET bottles transformed into raw material. This process allows a 75% reduction in CO₂ emissions and avoids the use of petroleum-derived plastics.
In terms of physical performance, the recycled polyester provides elasticity, durability, and excellent breathability.
The most innovative technologies on the market
The brand has incorporated the most advanced technologies into the new CD Leganés shirt, applied to Joma’s football products, the result of significant investments in R&D made in recent years.
Among them, the MICRO-MESH SYSTEM in the armpits stands out, improving sweat evaporation and keeping the player dry and fresh throughout the match.
The design includes a round neck and ribbed cuffs that optimize fit and comfort. Additionally, the seams are joined using the FLATLOCK system, which prevents chafing and allows total freedom of movement in every game action.
