ILARIA SPIRITO
Ilaria Spirito, born in Albisola Superiore on February 20, 1994, is one of the most reliable liberos in Italian volleyball. Currently a key player for Chieri '76, Ilaria perfectly embodies the spirit of sacrifice and quick reflexes required to lead the defense at the highest level.
Raised in the youth sector of Albisola, she later played for Busto Arsizio, Club Italia, Casalmaggiore, Roma, and Cuneo, and since 2022 has been with the Piedmontese club, winning the WEVZA Cup (2022), the Challenge Cup (2023), and the CEV Cup (2024).
With the Italian National Team, she contributed to the successes of 2024, helping secure both the Volleyball Nations League title and Olympic gold in Paris.
