Conditions of Purchase - Pre-sale

 

Delivery times

• Joma reserves the right to modify, at any time, the delivery times of pre-sale products for reasons beyond the company's control.
• Possible causes of delay include, but are not limited to, production delays, logistical problems and force majeure.
• If these shoes are included in an order with more items, all products of this order will be delivered within the deadline subject always to the pre-sale item (the shoes).

 Reservation of title

• The purchase in the pre-sale mode does not guarantee the reservation of ownership of the product, which is always subject to stock.
• In the event that more than 30 days have passed without the buyer having received the shoe, the buyer will have the right to request a full refund of the amount paid.
