Description
Spikes developed for middle-distance athletes seeking maximum efficiency in 1,500 metres events. Their construction combines lightness, reactivity and stability to maintain high paces with a smoother, more sustainable stride in competition.
The upper is made from breathable, lightweight and flexible mesh, designed to promote ventilation thanks to the VTS ventilation system. It incorporates the thermosealed JOMA SPORTECH fastening system, which provides extra support without adding weight, keeping the foot secure on bends and changes of pace.
The midsole integrates a dual-piece with LIGHT REACTIVE technology, a new ultralight injected Pebax compound that is highly reactive, optimising energy return and helping to reduce muscle fatigue. In addition, it incorporates a lower-hardness carbon plate specifically designed for middle distance, which provides propulsion and stability without the extreme stiffness of pure-speed spikes.
The outsole is made from lightweight nylon to reduce the shoe's overall weight and improve responsiveness on the track. The forefoot spike structure, together with high-density rubber, ensures traction and grip on the track during acceleration and push-off phases.
