Competition running shoes. The R-5000 are homologated by World Athletics as a specific competition model. Tested by professional athletes such as Mercy Kibor in the Two Oceans Marathon, these shoes offer extreme lightness, weighing only 247 grams. Perfect for hitting high paces in short-distance competitions without feeling limited by weight.
Upper made from Jacquard-finished mesh, very light and breathable thanks to the perforations that optimise sweat ventilation and allow air circulation inside the shoe. The advanced VTS technology incorporated improves breathability and comfort, reducing heat build-up inside the shoe. It ensures the foot stays cool and comfortable throughout your training or competition.
JOMA SPORTECH heat-sealed fitting system, which provides support without adding extra weight.
The R-5000's CARBON PLATE carbon plate provides exceptional performance by maximising propulsion on each stride. Its rigid structure optimises energy transfer, allowing a faster, more efficient stride. This technology minimises muscular fatigue by reducing the effort required on each run.
FLY REACTIVE midsole with a 6 mm drop, a lightweight material that propels the runner.
