Description
Running shoes. Special edition for the Venice Marathon 2026, with an exclusive design inspired by the essence and elegance of the city of canals, a symbol of history, art, and overcoming. This commemorative edition pays tribute to one of the most iconic races on the Italian calendar.
The R-2000, now lighter and improved, are designed for both daily training and competition. This mixed model, with reactive technology, optimizes each stride offering versatility, cushioning, and immediate response, adapting to different paces and distances, from easy sessions to long-distance races.
The upper, made of technical ultralight and breathable mesh, incorporates VTS technology for optimal moisture management. In addition, the JOMA SPORTECH system with heat-sealed adjustment provides support and stability without adding extra weight, ensuring comfort throughout the race.
The 10mm drop midsole features a new, more reactive and lightweight design. The rear integrates LIGHT REACTIVE technology, a special injected PEBAX that reduces weight and provides propulsion and impact absorption, achieving a smoother and more efficient stride. In the front area, a higher-density PEBAX improves stability and support.
The DURABILITY rubber outsole offers resistance to abrasion and secure grip on asphalt, even on the wet surfaces typical of the Venetian route. A shoe designed for those seeking performance, comfort, and style in one of the world's most iconic marathons.
