Pero muchas de estas veces esas excusas no son reales, simplemente las inventamos nosotros mismos para no ejercitarnos y creer que no es porque nosotros no queremos, sino que no podemos.<\/p>\n<p>Es como hacerse trampas al solitario, y en la mayor\u00eda de las oportunidades estas ?s\u00faper excusas? pueden eliminarse f\u00e1cilmente, s\u00f3lo es cuesti\u00f3n de ser sincero con uno mismo y luchar para ganarle a la pereza.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas de las excusas m\u00e1s comunes son: ?no tengo tiempo para salir a correr?. La realidad es que no necesitas todo el tiempo del mundo, en vez de mirar una telenovela puedes elegir salir a caminar o correr unos 30 minutos. Tambi\u00e9n puedes comenzar tu d\u00eda una hora antes y aprovecharla para hacer deporte.<\/p>\n<p>Otra excusa es ?me aburro r\u00e1pido?, si te aburre correr todos los d\u00edas por la misma ruta puedes variar, o intercalar una actividad con otra. Un d\u00eda puedes salir a correr y al siguiente usar la cinta. Tambi\u00e9n puedes tomarte un segundo y buscar rutas alternativas para cambiar un poco el paisaje.<br \/>\nUn cl\u00e1sico ?no estoy motivado para salir?, en este caso hay varias alternativas como por ejemplo unirse a un grupo de corredores, o buscar un compa\u00f1ero de ruta.<\/p>\n<p>Las excusas con respecto al clima son con las que mejor nos sentimos porque ?no depende de nosotros?. Es verdad, el clima no depende de nosotros pero salir a correr tampoco depende del clima.
