Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, numerosos estudios han demostrado que debemos trabajar a una intensidad medio-alta a la hora de realizar ejercicio, puesto que genera una serie de est\u00edmulos que no nos proporciona el ejercicio de baja intensidad. De hecho, algunos doctores afirman que 3 minutos de ejercicio intenso a la semana durante 4 semanas resultan muy beneficiosos para nuestra salud.<\/p>\n<p>La sensibilidad a la insulina y la capacidad aer\u00f3bica son los par\u00e1metros que determinan si nuestro cuerpo est\u00e1 en un estado \u00f3ptimo. Siguiendo la metodolog\u00eda HIT se pueden mejorar estos par\u00e1metros, por lo que nuestra salud se ver\u00e1 mejorada. No obstante, la gen\u00e9tica de cada individuo es tambi\u00e9n un factor a tener en cuenta. Hay personas que bajo un determinado est\u00edmulo pueden mejorar su capacidad aer\u00f3bica mientras que otras no.<\/p>\n<p>El m\u00e9todo HIT consiste en realiza tres series en bicicleta est\u00e1tica que alternan 2 minutos de descanso con 20 segundos de intensidad m\u00e1xima.
