Si no te cuesta madrugar, esa es sin duda la mejor hora para salir a correr.<\/p>\n<p>Aprovecha los d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de tormenta o lluvia. Esto aplaca el polen en el ambiente y nuestras v\u00edas respiratorias sufrir\u00e1n menos. Consultar el tiempo semanal puede ser una buena forma de organizarte los d\u00edas de entreno.<\/p>\n<p>Ducha y ropa limpia despu\u00e9s de entrenar: los efectos del polen en las v\u00edas respiratorias suelen manifestarse una hora despu\u00e9s de expuestos (aunque depende del tipo de alergia). Cuando llegues a casa d\u00fachate r\u00e1pido y ponte ropa limpia para deshacerte de todo el polen que hayas podido arrastrar mientras estabas corriendo.<\/p>\n<p>Evita correr los d\u00edas que hace mucho viento: el viento es un mal aliado para los al\u00e9rgicos, esparce el polen por todos sitios y si vamos a correr probablemente nuestras v\u00edas respiratorias se vean m\u00e1s afectadas.
