El gimnasio estaba solo reservado para velocistas, lanzadores y algunos saltadores.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 15.95pt; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 15.95pt; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Helvetica; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">Seg&uacute;n un art&iacute;culo publicado por G-SE, se demuestra que el entrenamiento de potencia, ya sea con cargas altas (e.g., 3&ndash;5 series de 3&ndash;6repeticiones al &ge; 85% 1 repetici&oacute;n m&aacute;xima) (Hoff et al., 1999, Hoff et al., 2002, Jung, 2003) o con ejercicios pliom&eacute;tricos (Paavolainen et al., 1999, Spurrs et al., 2003, Turner et al., 2003), puede mejorar la econom&iacute;a de carrera y el rendimiento de resistencia mediante el incremento de la producci&oacute;n de potencia muscular.
