The new version continues with the radical change in favor of increasing <strong>stability<\/strong> and <strong>comfort<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The Porto Marathon returns to the streets of the Portuguese city, and so does the exclusive personalized official shoe. The new edition of the official Porto Marathon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joma-sport.com\/en\/sport\/running\/footwear\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shoe<\/a> is, more than ever, a tribute to the city and the sports event.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/A47MxpXR3-s\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The design, a nod to local craftsmanship<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The color combination adds a striking and innovative touch to the sneakers. On one hand, the tongue and laces are made in orange, while the upper is red. While you can see drawings from Portuguese culture that run along the entire upper, giving rise to a very elegant design. These figures are inspired by the typical <strong>ceramics<\/strong> of the city and are <strong>a nod to the craftsmanship of the area<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">On the other hand, the sole is blue, with the name of the city embedded on one of the sides. It is not the only place where it stands out, since the entire inside of the shoe includes the union of both parts: the city and Joma.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Technical characteristics<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Its mid-sole follows the renovation of the previous edition, designed to maintain the same reactivity while increasing stability through three important modifications: the incorporation of the <strong>STABILIS SYSTEM<\/strong> in the heel, a larger base for impact entry and a wider sole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The STABILIS SYSTEM is applied by means of a greater rigid piece injected in the heel containing the movement of the foot on entry and providing greater stability to the foot-step. This stiffness <strong>improves the runner&#8217;s performance<\/strong> as the foot does not have to be secured before impact. This <strong>increases the protection of the joints<\/strong>, avoiding injuries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.joma-sport.com\/en\/running-shoes-storm-viper-oporto-marathon-man-coral-turquoise\/ROPORTW2207.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stability<\/a> is reinforced with a much wider mid-sole and a straight heel shape that <strong>increases the base of the foot-step<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Improved stability is aided by an <strong>internal toe cap reinforcement<\/strong>. Thus, the runner will feel the security of the new Storm Viper in all phases of the foot-step.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Another change is comfort, thanks to a revamped <strong>upper<\/strong> with more flexibility and more <strong>VTS <\/strong>ventilation. Likewise, the tongue support with two elastic bands keeps it in place during the race; and the reduction of rubber in the sole reducing the weight of this part. Low-abrasion <strong>DURABILITY<\/strong> technology continues to be used to extend the life of the shoe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.joma-sport.com\/en\/running-shoes-storm-viper-oporto-marathon-man-coral-turquoise\/ROPORTW2207.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Storm Viper<\/a> is a shoe aimed at runners with a pace above four seconds, in training sessions of 4 to 6 days and competitions of medium and long distance.
