The signature was made by the president of the <strong>Olympic Committee of Portugal<\/strong>, <strong>Jos&eacute; Manuel Constantino, <\/strong>the president of the<strong> Paralympic Committee of Portugal<\/strong>, <strong>Humberto Santos<\/strong>, and <strong>Gema Blanco<\/strong>, <strong>Joma European Export Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This collaboration between <strong>Joma Sport<\/strong> and the <strong>Olympic Committee of Portugal (COP)<\/strong> will start in the next <strong>Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer,&nbsp;2016<\/strong>.
